SHIPMENT AND RETURNS
Gatta-panty makes all the efforts to ensure that reception and realization of orders for goods is performed with utmost care.
The goods are delivered after the transfer of due payment into our bank account. We do not supply goods paid upon delivery or only partially paid.
For preparation of dispatch, its control, transport and delivery Gatta-panty charges the sum of EURO 2.95 for deliveries within Holland
Please contact us for information concerning charges for deliveries outside Holland.
Gatta-panty tries to deliver the accepted orders as fast as possible, however the period of delivery may take from two (2) days to two (2) weeks.
The aforementioned two-weekly period of delivery is not bounding. Client is not entitled to a compensation in cases of longer delivery period. Client may cancel the order when the delivery period exceeds one (1) month.
You will be informed in case when the order cannot be executed or when it can be executed only partially.
In case the delivery of an article is not possible, Gatta-panty will try to find a replacement article which will be however forwarded only following previous agreement with the Client.
Supply of an article is completed at the moment of its delivery at the given address.
Before opening the packaging please check the product’s size and colour. In case when the product packaging is damaged which could cause the damage of the contained article please do not take it out and get in touch with Gatta-panty as soon as possible.
In case of receiving articles which you did not order please inform of the fact Gatta-panty as soon as possible.
In case of noticing an error in the data we provided or data concerning yourself please do contact Gatta-panty as soon as possible.
Information concerning change of address should be always delivered to Gatta-panty in writing. In case when the ordered article has been already posted Gatta-panty is not to be held responsible for problems which may possibly result from such a situation. You will receive an e-mail with the information concerning the date we dispatched your order.
